I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms need a renovation to match the rate they charge, but the location right in front of the Nea Kameni volcano island was amazing, with a sitting area in front of our bedroom. The service was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the whole trip, making my stay more comfortable. The location was great, providing a peaceful retreat despite being in the bustling area of Fira. Although the dining was good, there could have been more variety. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
